1. Overview
PPpet CUSTOM provides custom pet-inspired gifts, personalized products, and made-to-order items based on customer-submitted photos, text, and design preferences.
Throughout these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to PPpet CUSTOM. “You” and “customer” refer to the person using our website or placing an order.
2. Use of Our Website
By using this website, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm, interrupt, or misuse the website, our services, or other users.
You agree not to submit false information, misuse our forms, upload harmful files, attempt unauthorized access, or use our website for fraudulent activity.
3. Product Information
We try to display product descriptions, photos, colors, prices, customization options, and availability as accurately as possible. However, slight differences may occur due to screen settings, lighting, handmade production, material texture, or product updates.
For handmade or personalized products, small variations in color, shape, carving, painting, stitching, engraving, or finishing may occur. These variations are part of the custom production process.
4. Orders and Customization
When placing an order, you are responsible for providing accurate photos, personalization details, shipping information, and product options.
For custom products, your submitted photos and information will be used to create your item. Please make sure that the uploaded photos are clear and that all names, spelling, colors, sizes, and design options are correct before submitting your order.
If required information is missing or unclear, we may contact you for additional details. This may delay the design, production, or shipping timeline.
5. Design Preview
Some products may offer a design preview option. If a preview is available, you can select your preferred preview option on the product page before checkout.
If you select a preview option, we will email you a design draft within 3 days after receiving your order and all required materials. You will then have 3 days to review the draft and request reasonable changes.
If we do not receive a response within the review period, we may proceed with production based on the draft.
If you do not select a preview option, or if the product does not include a preview option, we may begin preparing or producing your order based on the information and photos submitted at checkout.

6. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in the currency shown on the website. Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
Payment must be completed at checkout before we begin processing your order. Your order may not be processed if payment is declined, incomplete, or flagged for review.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties, import fees, bank fees, or currency conversion charges that may apply to your order.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times may vary depending on the product, production time, destination, courier service, customs processing, and other factors outside our control.
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier issues, incorrect shipping information, severe weather, holidays, or events beyond our control.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If an order is returned, delayed, or lost due to incorrect customer-provided shipping information, additional shipping fees may apply.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Because many of our products are customized or made to order, returns and exchanges are limited.
Custom products cannot be returned or exchanged because of a change of mind, customer-provided errors, or preference-based reasons after production has started or the design draft has been confirmed.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and offer an appropriate solution where applicable.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under relevant consumer protection laws.

9. Customer-Submitted Content
By uploading pet photos, names, text, or other content to our website, you confirm that you have the right to use and submit that content for the purpose of creating your custom product.
You grant PPpet CUSTOM permission to use the submitted content to design, produce, process, and fulfill your order.
We will not intentionally sell your uploaded pet photos or personal order information to third parties. For details on how we handle personal information, please read our Privacy Policy.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content, including product photos, designs, text, graphics, logos, branding, and layout, belongs to PPpet CUSTOM or its content providers and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without permission.
Customers may not use our product images, designs, or website materials for commercial purposes without written consent.
11. Order Refusal or Cancellation
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order if we believe the order contains false information, inappropriate content, intellectual property infringement, payment issues, abusive behavior, or other activity that may harm our business or violate these Terms.
If we cancel an order before production begins, we will notify you and provide any applicable refund.
12. Errors and Availability
We reserve the right to correct errors, update product information, change pricing, modify product availability, or cancel orders affected by obvious mistakes or system errors.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PPpet CUSTOM is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website, products, or services.
Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
