For most products, we will send your first design proof within 3 business days. Please keep an eye on the email address used for your order, including your spam or junk folder.

You can review the proof, request changes, or approve it before production begins. Once the design has been approved and production has started, further changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

We offer worldwide shipping to most destinations. Production time varies by product and begins after design approval. Please check the product description for the estimated production time.

Shipping time is separate from production time and varies by destination. Shipping costs and free-shipping eligibility will be shown at checkout. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Order Issues

Because every item is personalized, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind after production has begun.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or significantly different from the approved design, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your request and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a remake, replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable consumer law.

What kind of photo should I upload?

Please upload clear, well-lit, high-resolution photos of your pet. Photos taken at eye level and in natural lighting usually provide the best results. Please avoid blurry, dark, heavily filtered, or tightly cropped images.

For head-only designs, make sure your pet’s full face is clearly visible, including both ears.

For full-body designs, please upload a photo showing your pet’s entire body without any part being cropped out. We also recommend providing additional full-body photos from different angles to help our designers capture your pet’s unique features more accurately.

Simply choose your product, upload a clear photo of your pet, and select your preferred customization options.

For products with a design preview option, you can choose whether to receive a draft before production. If you select the preview option, we’ll email your design draft within 3 business days after receiving your order and all required materials. Please keep an eye on your inbox, including your spam or junk folder.

You’ll have 3 business days to review the draft, approve it, or request changes. If we don’t receive a response within the review period, we may proceed with production using the latest draft to keep your order moving.

If you choose to skip the preview, production may begin using your submitted photos, personalization details, and selected product options without further design confirmation.

Because each item is customized, the total delivery time includes the design stage, production stage, and shipping time. Orders are usually delivered within approximately 10–30 days, depending on the product type and delivery destination.
