Design Approval
For most products, we will send your first design proof within
3 business days. Please keep an eye on the email address used
for your order, including your spam or junk folder.
You can review the proof, request changes, or approve it before
production begins. Once the design has been approved and production
has started, further changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Worldwide Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping to most destinations. Production time
varies by product and begins after design approval. Please check the
product description for the estimated production time.
Shipping time is separate from production time and varies by destination.
Shipping costs and free-shipping eligibility will be shown at checkout.
Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been
dispatched.
Returns & Order Issues
Because every item is personalized, we generally do not accept returns
or exchanges for change of mind after production has begun.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or significantly
different from the approved design, please contact us with your order
number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your request and
provide an appropriate solution, which may include a remake, replacement,
repair, or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable
consumer law.
